Permanent Jewellery Policies
Permanent Jewellery Age Policy
14-17 years: You are welcome to get permanent jewellery, but you'll need a parent or legal guardian with you to give consent.

Under 14 years: I don't offer welded permanent jewellery for under 14s, but younger ones can still be part of the magic. Clasped bracelets are available, and they're perfect for little wrists that want to join in without the commitment. It means they get to choose their chain, pick their charm and feel just as involved in the experoe
Permanent Jewellery Repairs & Refunds
Every piece is made with care and I want you to love it. Because each item is custom fitted and welded for you, I'm unable to offer refunds once your jewellery has been applied. If your chain ever needs a little TLC, I'm here to help. Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis and I'll always be honest about what's possible.

Permanent jewellery is designed to be durable, but it's not indestructible - life happens, sleeves catch, toddlers grab, gym equipment bites back. If your chain breaks within 7 days, please get in touch and I'll happily take a look. After that, I can offer a re-weld for a small fee, as long as you still have the chain. If the chain is lost, a new one will need to be purchased.
Permanent Jewellery Late Arrivals & Cancellations
More than 48 hours notice: no problem - cancellations are free of charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: your deposit will be retained, as it's usually too late for someone else to take the appointment.
No shows or less than 24 hours notice: a 100% fee will be charged. When a space is booked and no-one arrives, it leaves me unable to offer it to someone else on the waitlist.
If you are running late, just let me know - I will always do my best to make it work, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if it affects the next client.
